- API Usage: ABI leverages a broad spectrum of APIs, including those from platforms like LinkedIn and Substack, without any official partnership or endorsement. Utilization of these APIs is at the user's discretion and risk.

  • Compliance Risks: The use of ABI for data collection and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn may contravene certain User Agreements, such as LinkedIn's Section 8.2, potentially leading to account restrictions. Naas assumes no liability for these consequences.
  • Data Accuracy: Naas employs OpenAI for data enrichment and lead analysis. However, the accuracy and relevance of the information provided cannot be guaranteed at all times.
  • Data Privacy: Naas is committed to not selling or indiscriminately sharing collected data, prioritizing user privacy and consent.
  • Predictive Analytics: ABI uses advanced algorithms for generating predictive insights and recommendations, although the success of these predictions cannot be assured.
  • Data Security: Naas has implemented stringent data security measures, but the risk of data breaches cannot be entirely eliminated. In such events, Naas commits to timely notification of affected individuals.
  • External Data Use: The Open Data Assistant gathers external data to support various business functions. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the lawful use of this data.
  • Financial Integrity: The Finance Assistant facilitates the generation of transactions and the organization of financial documents, with users responsible for verifying the accuracy of such records.
