# Set appearance

Appearance controls Nexus theme: Light, Dark, System, or Organization. Organization clears a personal override and reloads so the organization's default theme applies. The other three set the `nexus-theme-user-override` flag in the browser.

## Web UI

### Open Account Settings

Open the account menu, then **Account Settings**.

### Pick a theme

Select **Appearance** and choose Light, Dark, System, or Organization.
